Boxing Boot Camp

1 hour of Upbeat, boxing aerobics class, high energy, full body cardio workout. Instructors are Ryan, Lindsay and Clinton.

Gentle Yoga

1 hour of slow flowing, gentle yoga. Instructor is Jeff Azad.


45 minutes of intense exercises that challenge your central, innermost, and most essential part- the CORE. Lots of planks and abdominal work! Instructor is Ryan Fanning.

Functional Yoga, Stretch for Life

An easy, gentle class combining yoga, martial arts and rehabilitation exercises, focusing on posture and flexibility.

Vinyasa Yoga

I break down the basics of breath work and movement, making space for change and transformation I create a fun filled beginners flow designed for every body.  Change your mind, change your life.


A form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise.
